NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK ACTIVITIES AT THE LIBRARY

• A collection of photos of community leaders and their favorite books will be displayed in the library throughout National Library Week. It will also be on display during the Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours on Tuesday, April 15th. On Thursday, April 17th, the collection will be moved to the Norman Activity Center to be displayed during the East Texas Author's Forum.
  
  
• The Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours will be held at the library on Tuesday, April 15th, from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. You're invited to come and network with other citizens of Jacksonville. The collection of pictures of the community leaders and their favorite books will be on display. Come and see if you agree with their choices!
  
  
• On Thursday, April 17th, an East Texas Author's Forum will be held at the Norman Activity Center. The Forum will begin at 6:30 pm and will be open to the public. There is no admission fee. Over twenty-six authors have been identified in the East Texas area and have been invited to attend.
  
  Debra White Smith of Jacksonville will be the featured author. She will speak, then everyone will be invited to visit with her and the other participating authors, buy books, and have them autographed.
